Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
  4. Secure with toothpicks, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear chicken on both sides until golden.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
